MOMMENT started with a simple frustration: the people who love an athlete most are so often the ones who can’t be in the room. We built the app we wished we’d had.
Our story
From one dance floor to every start line.
MOMMENT began as a live-streaming app for Irish dance - a way for families to watch a dance competition they couldn’t travel to. It worked because the need was universal. Years of training, minutes of competing, and the people who care most watching from too far away.
So we grew it. To gymnastics, swimming, figure skating, track, martial arts and dance - and to the rink, the pitch, and the court, where a hockey team’s families sit three hours down the highway on a Tuesday night.
Today MOMMENT is a sharing platform, not a streaming service. The difference is the whole point: we don’t send one feed to strangers, we put your family in the same room.
